How do I place an order?

Simply go to the "Shop" tab in the menu bar, choose the product(s), and quantity, you wish to  purchase and click "Add to Cart".

Once you've added all the deliciousness that you, your friends and your family can handle - head to your shopping cart, located at the top right hand side of the page, click on the "Checkout" button and follow the payment steps.

 

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all major cities in South Africa. If you live in an outlying area, please contact us directly so that we can give you a personal quote on delivery fees. No orders will be shipped to outlying areas without making direct contact first.

Payment and Shipping

 

Currently, only card payments are accepted.

Once the payment has been processed at checkout, your delivery will take 3-5 business days to reach the address, within South Africa, which you have provided.
 

Returns & Refunds
 

Although we take the utmost care in packaging and delivering our products to you and all the other lovely people in South Africa, mistakes can happen - we are all human, after all.

So if there is an issue with your product(s), please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date in order for us to exchange or refund your order. 

Due to the nature of our products, no exchanges or refunds will be made for open products, nor will there be refunds or exchanges made after 7 days of the delivery date.
